Carolina Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us expand our brand presence and reach new heights. As a Marketing Coordinator at Carolina, you will support our marketing department in executing campaigns, analyzing data, and creating content that aligns with our strategic goals. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and passionate about marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Create, update, and manage marketing content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
Analyze market trends and compile reports to assess campaign performance and ROI.
Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
Maintain the marketing calendar and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not required.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and individually in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The ideal candidate must be able to work onsite at our High Point, NC facility.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience or knowledge of Google Suite.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content management systems.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
