CRM & Marketing Systems Specialist
OFS Brands is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a CRM & Marketing Systems Specialist position for our ROOM brand. As a CRM System Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the optimization and seamless integration of our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platforms, with Salesforce at the core. You’ll lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our technology ecosystem to support the entire customer journey—from lead capture to e-commerce, customer support, and services. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement custom solutions and ensure our systems remain scalable and aligned with OFS’s strategic vision.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Technology Ecosystem: Lead strategic development and integration of ROOM’s technology infrastructure, focusing on Salesforce and Marketo integrations to align with business goals.
- Drive CRM and Marketing Platform Optimization: Maximize the efficiency and performance of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) platforms.
- Ensure Seamless System Integration: Oversee the integration between Salesforce, Marketo, and Oracle ERP systems.
- Design and Implement Custom Salesforce Solutions: Develop and implement custom solutions using tools like Einstein Analytics and CPQ.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with teams to enhance processes and system capabilities.
- Maintain System Performance: Ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution with minimal downtime.
- Data Governance: Establish data governance practices to maintain data consistency and integrity.
- Lead Technology Scaling: Provide strategic direction on scaling ROOM’s technology stack.
- Perform Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze key metrics and propose actionable improvements.
- Data Security & Compliance: Ensure CRM and marketing platforms comply with relevant data security and privacy regulations.
- User Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of CRM and marketing systems.
Skills and Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II)
- Marketo Certified Expert certification
- 2 years of experience in systems management, with a focus on Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components)
- Expertise in Marketo campaign management, lead scoring, and reporting
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Skills and Qualifications (Preferred):
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator)
- Experience with Service Cloud, Outreach, Clearbit, or Middleware
- Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools (Looker, PowerBI)
