Styline Logistics, a division of OFS, is seeking a Load Planner, who can prepare daily outbound load plans.  This position requires coordination of pick-up and delivery arrangements while maintaining high service levels to customers. This person will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute daily load plans.
  • Coordinate inbound requirements with outbound load plans.
  • Maintain load efficiency while meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain timely and accurate communications.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to develop rapport with company and client management and maintain strong working relationships, while successfully managing customer expectations.
  • Record of maintaining high-quality standards for the organization.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines, using work plans to prioritize competing, but interdependent tasks.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, with the ability to prioritize and handle responsibilities with minimal guidance.
  • Competency with MS Office Suite of products and an adequate comfort level with internet based data systems. Experience with Direct Route/Appian would be a plus
