Order Management Specialist
OFS is seeking a highly focused, professional individual with both a strong penchant for detail and customer service skills to fill a Specialist role for our Order Management Team at our corporate office in Huntingburg, IN.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Review purchase orders and product specifications for accuracy and compatibility
- Review specifications and floorplans as well as create drawings in CET
- Work closely with customers to resolve specification issues
- Develop a high level of product knowledge
- Become proficient at and work with multiple design and spec software programs
- Work closely with departmental team as well as other departments
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer expectations and internal goals and timelines
- Produce high-quality output
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly detailed and technically oriented with a drive for quality and excellence
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong drive for and focus on customer satisfaction
- Capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability and desire to learn a multitude of software programs
- Aptitude for learning and problem-solving
- Ability to work with customers and sales staff
- Adaptable to changing business processes and models
EXPERIENCE
- A degree or relevant post-secondary education
- Prior experience with CET or other specifying software helpful, but not required
