Market Resource Manager

OFS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Resource Manager who will be responsible for the overall performance and operations of the showroom, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, optimizing sales, and maintaining the visual standard of our product displays.

Key responsibilities

• Help create a Client Experience protocol to ensure the highest degree of standards in creating a memorable and comfortable experience
• Oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, product displays and showroom appearance
• Coordinate marketing activities and promotions to drive customer traffic and increase sales
• Work with the OFS design/product marketing teams for new product and displays
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and keen product knowledge
• Arrange and coordinate catering services for events in and out of the showroom
• Coordinate travel and agendas for clients as required
• Assist team with client presentation preparation
• Maintain a clean, orderly, fully functioning showroom

Qualifications, Experience, and Educational Requirements

• Natural self-starter, with a “can do” attitude and ability to work independently
• Successful multi-tasker, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Detail orientated and highly organized
• Prior showroom management is a plus
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for guest experience and ability to relate to designers, dealers, customers and colleagues
• CET or CAD a plus
• Bachelor Degree in Design/Architecture or Business field and at least one year of related experience
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
