OFS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee and elevate our corporate hospitality experience on its Huntingburg, IN, campus. This role will be responsible for managing a range of food service and hospitality operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily lunches, special events, and guest experiences. The Hospitality Manager will also lead the direction for a commercial kitchen remodel in the next 12-18 months and ensure compliance with WELL Platinum certification standards for our kitchen and café.

This role requires a proactive leader with 5-10+ years of hospitality experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating top-tier dining and guest experiences with a focus on sustainability, garden-to-table practices, and minimizing environmental impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee café operations, ensuring fresh, high-quality lunches are prepared and served daily
  • Maintain a welcoming and engaging café environment, keeping the space lively and refreshed throughout the workday
  • Oversee guest and tour dining and cafe experiences throughout their visit
  • Manage and coordinate tour lunches, ensuring fresh, in-house meals are prepared and executed seamlessly
  • Accommodate special dietary restrictions and requests for lunches with attention to detail
  • Work closely with the Corporate Chef and Hospitality Manager to ensure all events are covered and staffed appropriately 

 

Sustainability & local partnerships

  • Champion a farm-to-table approach, sourcing ingredients from local farmers, markets, and sustainable suppliers whenever possible
  • Develop relationships with local businesses, food artisans, and vendors to support the community and enhance food quality
  • Implement sustainable food service practices to minimize waste, including composting, reducing single-use plastics, and using eco-friendly packaging
  • Align food service practices with the company’s broader corporate sustainability initiatives
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure all food procurement and operations meet WELL Platinum Certification standards

 

Team & vendor coordination

  • Directly oversee the Corporate Chef and Hospitality Coordinator, ensuring all food service operations and events meet company standards
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for fresh ingredients, deliveries and hospitality-related supplies for office and showroom needs
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the 2025/26  commercial kitchen remodel
  • Work closely with designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the project aligns with operational needs and industry standards
  • Maintain high standards for kitchen appearance, organization, and maintenance

 

Compliance & certification

  • Ensure the kitchen and café meet WELL Platinum Certification requirements, maintaining a health-conscious and sustainable food service environment.
  • Adhere to and meet all local and state health codes

 

Qualifications & experience

  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for guest experience and hospitality excellence
  • 5-10+ years of experience in hospitality management, food service, or corporate dining
  • Passion for sustainability and farm-to-table dining, with experience in locally sourced food operations
  • Proven ability to oversee food operations, including café service, catered lunches, event dining and vendor management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing chefs, coordinators, and vendors
  • Experience in commercial kitchen design, renovations, or project management is a plus
  • Knowledge of WELL Certification standards and sustainable food service best practices is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
