Bryan Ashley Project Development Specialist

Bryan Ashley, a leading manufacturer of high end custom hospitality furniture, is seeking a Project Development Specialist.   The qualified individual will be responsible for working with clients to provide custom furniture quotations. This position will be located onsite at the Deerfield Beach, FL location.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: 

• Receive, analyze and prepare quote requests by creating furniture specification packages for factory review and costing.
• Work with international team members and with an international supply chain to get accurate and complete costs for quotes
• Provide product expertise to customers - Options for value engineering, discussion on materials and education on hospitality grade standards
• Maintain good written and verbal communication with external and internal customers
• Use software to generate customer quotes
• Participate in project hand off with internal teams for all orders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Time management skills, organization, attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• High sense of urgency, customer focus, and thoroughness in all work
• Ability to work with multiple customer quotes concurrently in a fast paced environment
• Ability to analyze costs to determine the best possible option for customers
• Very comfortable with Excel formulas and calculations
• Furniture construction or furniture design knowledge
• Ability to read custom shop drawings and evaluate furniture specifications
• Hospitality Industry experience a plus

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Associates degree in Business or Design preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of Interior design experience a plus
