Carolina, an OFS company, is seeking a Trainer for their Sewing department. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and efficiency of our sewing staff. This role requires a strong background in sewing techniques and the ability to effectively communicate and teach others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sewing staff, focusing on various techniques and best practices
- Provide hands-on training and guidance on industrial sewing machines and equipment operation
- Monitor progress and provide feedback, encouraging continuous improvement and skill enhancement
Collaborate with managers to identify areas for training and development
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Extensive experience in sewing, preferably in the upholstery industry
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar educational role
- Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
