Spring Up Associate-North Carolina

Carolina is seeking a detail-oriented Spring-Up Worker to install springs, webbing, and support materials on furniture frames to ensure long-lasting durability and comfort. This role requires manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to read production tags to ensure correct materials and placement.

Responsibilities:

• Install springs, webbing, and support material onto furniture frames according to production tags and work instructions.
• Align, tension, and secure components to meet durability and comfort standards.
• Read and interpret production tags, blueprints, or work orders to verify materials and specifications.
• Use pneumatic tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and adherence to design specifications; report any defects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with pneumatic tools and basic hand tools.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull frames; ability to stand for extended periods and maneuver in tight spaces.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
