Director of Enterprise Growth & Strategic Accounts
We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Growth & Strategic Accounts to help drive the next chapterof OFS’s growth by developing relationships with large enterprise organizations and expandingstrategic partnerships across our portfolio of corporate and global accounts.
This role is designed for a strategic “hunter” and relationship builder who enjoys opening doorswithlarge organizations, building executive relationships, and developing long-term growthopportunities.
What You’ll Do
Develop New Enterprise Opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise organizations
- Build relationships with executive decision-makers, procurement leaders, and key influencers
- Develop strategies to position OFS early in the buying cycle with target organizations
Lead Corporate & Global Account Strategy
- Serve as the strategic relationship leader for select corporate and global enterprise accounts
- Build long-term account strategies and annual growth plans
- Maintain executive-level engagement with client leadership
Coordinate Cross-Territory Opportunities
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, territory sales teams, and dealer partners to coordinate enterprise opportunities that span multiple locations or regions
- Ensure a consistent experience for enterprise clients across markets
Build a Strong Enterprise Pipeline
- Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities with strong long-term growth potential
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Success, and leadership to identify and prioritize target organizations
Drive Strategic Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships across locations, divisions, and product categories
- Support the development of recurring and programmatic business with enterprise clients

What You Bring
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account leadership
- Proven success developing relationships with large organizations
- Experience navigating complex buying environments and long sales cycles
Skills

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions
- Strong business and commercial acumen
