OFS Announces New Sales Leadership Team to Drive Growth and Elevate Customer Experience

HUNTINGBURG, Ind. June 26, 2025OFS is proud to announce several key appointments to its sales leadership team, marking a strategic evolution in how the organization approaches growth, customer experience, and long-term vision. 

As part of this evolution, Molly Menke Prior has been appointed Senior Vice President of Sales and Experience, a new role designed to unify the company’s sales and customer experience initiatives under one leader. Previously serving as Vice President of Workplace at OFS, Prior brought a deep understanding of both customer needs and product innovation to the forefront of the business. 

“With a strong passion for people and products, I believe what we create does impact lives — the right furniture supports how people work, heal, learn, and connect,” said Molly Menke Prior. “This new role is about continuing to center our work around people, our customers, our partners, and our teams, while building a more connected, agile sales organization. I’m excited to work alongside such talented leaders to elevate how we show up in the market and serve those who count on us.” 

With more than a decade of experience at OFS spanning marketing, product development, and customer engagement, Prior brings a unique cross-functional perspective to sales leadership. Her ability to foster alignment between internal teams and dealer partners positions her to lead OFS through a new era of human-centered selling, providing customers with exceptional value and care when they partner with us. 

Reporting to Molly Menke Prior, Matt McCormick has been promoted to National Sales Manager. McCormick will lead the nationwide salesforce in strengthening dealer relationships and aligning sales initiatives with overall business strategy. His focus will be on creating a consistent and high-performing customer experience across all regions.

I look forward to working closely with Molly and our entire sales network to bring that vision to life.” 

In addition to these appointments, OFS is also proud to announce the hiring of two regional sales leaders. 

Rachel Deane has been named Regional Vice President for the Great Lakes Region, where she will continue to strengthen our sales team's focus on our dealer channel, with our A/D partners and our end user community to drive strategic growth across key markets. With a deep understanding of the region and a track record of building trusted relationships, Deane is well-positioned to lead the next phase of growth.

Brandy Mills has been named Regional Vice President for the South Central Region. In this newly created role, she will lead strategic growth efforts and cultivate key relationships across the region to tie sales leadership more closely to OFS customers. Mills joins OFS with deep industry experience and a passion for supporting dealers and designers alike. 

“I’m thrilled to be joining the OFS team,” said Mills. “From the outside, I’ve always admired the company’s strong culture, beautiful products, and dedication to service. I look forward to contributing to that legacy and helping expand our impact throughout the South Central Region.”
