SEATING LEAD PERSON Position Location: Plant 13, Huntingburg, IN
OFS, is seeking a Lead person for their seating division. Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and good work ethic are keys to success in this role. As a key member of the seating team, this individual will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Supervisor with the following:
- Enforcing policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- Managing production schedules to meet deadlines
- Improving production efficiencies and quality
- Implementing continuous improvement activities for production employees
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS A PLUS
- Previous upholstery/assembly experience preferred
- Prior leadership skills a must
