Machine Lead Person Night Shift

Position Location: Plant 6 Huntingburg  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Meet production quotas
• Promote and maintain established safety policies, practices, and procedures
• Manage inventory and handle material
• Possess the ability to work with all levels of management
• Maintain Lean Manufacturing standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in  Shipping, Receiving and HPL Layup
• Extreme attention to detail and maintain quality standards
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Must be a self-starter and motivator
• Ability to meet scheduled timelines
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Possess excellent leadership and communication skills

 EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in woodworking, shipping, receiving and machining areas preferred
